Orange Pi Prime sử dụng vi xử lý Allwinner H5 với bốn nhân Cortex-A53 và có 2GB DDR3 (chung với GPU). Nó có thể chạy hệ điều hành Android 5.1, Ubuntu, Debian Image. Orange Pi Prime cung cấp một loạt cổng khác nhau, bao gồm đầu ra HDMI, đầu cắm 40 chân, cổng USB 2.0, cổng máy ảnh CSI, khe thẻ TF, vv. Nó được cấp nguồn thông qua cổng DC.
